My name is Antoinette (Toni) Phillips. I am a Teacher Clerk, responsible for Attendance, at Jamestown Elementary School. I have a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science (with a Minor in Speech Communication) and a Master of Arts degree in Public Administration (emphasis in Public Policy) from Southern Illinois University, Edwardsville, IL.
I enjoy reading, art museums, television and movies, and traveling with my family and friends.
